Refund policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
